At ULI San Diego-Tijuana we pride ourselves on a strong membership of young professionals under the age of 35. These Young Leader members are eligible to apply for our popular Partnership Forum Groups, a year-long mentorship program pairing young professionals with a senior leader in the industry.

Are you interested in applying for the 2021 program?

Here’s what to do:

Current PFG Members (You have been in a mentorship group since 2020)

• If you would like to remain in your group: no action needed.
• If you would like to leave the PFG program for 2021: notify ULI staff.

New PFG Applicants (You are not already in a mentorship group)

To apply for a group this year please complete the following by no later than 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 21:

• Be a member in good standing of ULI. Click here to join or renew your membership.
• Complete the online application form. Click here to access it.
• If accepted, pay the annual dues ($110) and attend our kickoff event on January 26th.

Please note: the application above is only open for new PFG members. If you are already assigned to a group, please do not apply again.

This program sells out every year. As a member of the PFG program, you will participate in monthly learning, networking and professional development work with your mentor and a small group of your ULI colleagues.
