How many members does the San Diego-Tijuana ULI District Council have?
The San Diego – Tijuana connects more than 800 members, industry leaders, policymakers and experts from in and around the world of real estate.
How do I become a member or renew my membership?
Go to www.uli.org/join to renew your membership or decide which package is right for you. Still have questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact our local staff.
Do I have to be a ULI member to attend an event?
No, our events are open to anyone who would like to attend, listen, learn and engage. Many local events offer free or discounted attendance. Visit our events page to learn what opportunities we have scheduled.
What are the benefits of membership?
ULI membership gives you access to more than 45,000 members from 81 nations across the globe. Members join our global organization with the local District Council serving as their ‘home base.’
Our members in the San Diego-Tijuana District Council stay busy – we average more than 50 events each year – and each of these presents an opportunity for members to further engage and learn from and with their peers.

The best way to get involved is to attend our educational programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please refer to our get involved page or contact one of our committee chairs for more information. Registration Questions
I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if registration has closed (registration closes 1 day before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011 to complete registration.
I’d like to attend an event, but pre-registration is closed. Can I still go?
Please note that for most events, registration fees increase for late registration. To check on availability, please call 843-513-9331.
My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service at 800.321.5011.
Why am I not receiving ULI San Diego-Tijuana emails?
Have you added ULI San Diego-Tijuana to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. Check your email preferences in your profile to make sure you have not opted out of emails. If your information is up-to-date and the problem continues, please contact our local staff.

Does Sponsorship include free passes?
Sponsors receive a credit to use toward local program registrations. The amount of credit depends on their level of sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Benefits to determine what level your company is and how much total annual credit you receive.
