2022 Pathways to Inclusion Program
**The 2022 Application period is now closed. Please visit our Get Involved page to learn more about ULI.**
What is the Pathways to Inclusion initiative?
ULI San Diego – Tijuana’s Pathways to Inclusion initiative is designed to broaden ULI membership and expand the professional networks of minority real estate and land use professionals in our region. We believe that by diversifying our membership we can better fulfill our organization’s mission to create and sustain thriving communities.
The Pathways to Inclusion initiative provides scholarships for one year of ULI membership and access to programs designed to serve, support and engage its participants throughout the year. In addition to ULI’s existing programs and benefits, this year’s Pathways cohort will participate in regular cohort meetings, networking events, and serve on one of our local committees.
Who is eligible to participate?
The Pathways to Inclusion initiative is designed to increase the participation of groups who are underrepresented in the land use and real estate fields, defined as being African American/African descent, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, Middle Eastern, and Asian descent. Pathways applicants must live in the San Diego – Tijuana region and have at least 5 years of professional experience.
