Atlanta Is ‘Accentuating’ Itself With a Better Urban Design Process
Atlanta is no stranger to change.
As my time with ULI as executive director draws to a close, I want to thank everyone in the ULI community for supporting the ULI mission as speakers, by serving on committees and TAP panels, and leading some of the most important discussions in our region. The success of ULI is a direct reflection of the ULI community. I hope to remain involved with ULI as a member and look forward to working with you in a new capacity.
With that, ULI San Diego – Tijuana is hiring and we need your help. We are seeking an organizational superstar who has a talent for details, possesses strong communications skills, and likes the idea of making a difference in the local community. Here is a link to the full job description. We invite you to share this opportunity with your networks. From personal experience, working for ULI is a tremendous opportunity to expand your network, learn from the best minds in real estate, and work for one of the pre-eminent real estate and land use organizations.
Please join me at the upcoming breakfast on Tuesday, June 11 at the University Club where we will discuss the changing face of North County Suburbia. Make sure to register in advance as space is limited. Also, please mark your calendars for our Summer Social on Tuesday, July 16. It would be great to see as many of you as possible and recognize the ULI leaders who have been critical in delivering the ULI mission.
In this issue of StreetSmarts, we share details of the recent mobile site tour in North County, information about Lesar Development’s Housing Leadership Academy, a call for nominations for SDAF’s annual Orchid and Onions, and a podcast from RCLCO featuring Mike Neal from HG Fenton.
Again, thank you for all you have done to support ULI.
Warm Regards,
Heather Foley
Executive Director, ULI San Diego – Tijuana
