    Senior Principal, London Moeder Advisors

    Gary H. London is Senior Principal and founding partner of London Moeder Advisors, providing feasibility analysis, market research, strategic advice and capital packaging for investors, lenders and developers. His work has resulted in the creation of master planned communities, mixed use projects, substantial built product as well as numerous transactions. Over the past five decades Mr. London has counseled many of the nation’s most successful entrepreneurs and public officials about the built environment, how to transform our cities, and prepare for a future that will be unlike the past. A graduate of UC Berkeley, he also received his post graduate MCP degree from San Diego State University. He also attended post graduate course work in Expert Witness Litigation at the University of California, Bolt Law School. He is a lecturer and educator, having taught as a university professor at UCSD for 22 years, SDSU, Arizona State’s graduate MSRE program and the University of San Diego (USD), where he currently teaches. Mr. London is featured in the San Diego Union Tribune’s weekly “EconoMeter” sharing his views on the great economic issues of our time. He has appeared on CBS Evening News “Eye On America” for his commentary on the real estate market, and has testified before the House of Representatives Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs. In 1995, he was featured in the San Diego Business Journal’s “Who’s Who In San Diego”; and was honored as “Member Of The Year” in 1996 from the San Diego Land Economics Society (Lambda Alpha International). In 2016, he was honored as one of the top 100 Most Influential persons in San Diego by the San Diego Daily Transcript.

    Andrew Warren, Andy, currently serves as the PwC’s Director of Real Estate Research. As the Director of Real Estate Research, and is responsible for monitoring all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including space market fundamentals, capital market trends, regulatory changes and operational developments. For the past seven years, Andy has led PwC’s participation in the development and production of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication. Andy is a frequent speaker on issues affecting the real estate market and has also authored numerous articles for internal clients and national real estate publications. Andy also forecasts market performance for PwC’s “Real Estate Investor Survey”. Andy has over 30 years of experience in all aspect of commercial and residential real estate research. Andy has performed and managed real estate fundamental analysis and forecasting, portfolio construction, and buy/sell decisions for both debt and equity clients. Prior to assuming his current role, Andy served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Research for Principal Global Investors, a top 10 institutional real estate manager in the U.S. At Principal, Andy held a progressive level of analyst and management positions over his 25 year career and served as a voting and advisory member on a multiple real estate debt and equity investment funds. Andy has earned the CFA designation and is a Counselor of Real Estate. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute Research Forum as well as a participating member of ICSC, NCREIF, NAIOP, the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM institute.
