Shanan Spearing
General Manager | Kairoa Brewing
Shanan, native of New Zealand is also the owner of Red House Pizza directly next door to Kairoa and has been working in management in the foodservice industry in San Diego for nearly 15 years.

Jason Maune | Architect
Jason has been working in the architecture and construction industry in San Diego since 1999. He has worked for multiple firms on a wide array of projects ranging from high-end custom residences to $95M Navy projects. From 2005 to 2017 Jason was co-owner of the award winning architecture firm Point of Departure which completed many notable projects (Biga Pizza, Café 21, Et Voila). In 2017 Jason launched a new practice with the intent of focusing on multifamily infill housing development and is currently working on multiple co-living developments in San Diego.
