Through strengthening relationships, challenging assumptions and advocating for the advancement of women at every stage of their careers, the Urban Land Institute’s Women’s Leadership Initiative has been promoting a new vision of the real estate industry for more than ten years.
At ULI San Diego – Tijuana, the Women’s Leadership team supports this mission through monthly programming, includingour annual Women’s Leadership Symposium, a popular event that sets the theme for our year of events.
For 2024, our symposium is focused on Finding Common Ground - fostering agreement among diverse stakeholders andperspectives in land use decision-making.
