Torrey View is an approximately 520,000 square foot life science campus being developed by Breakthrough Properties located on a 10-acre site in the Del Mar Heights scheduled for completion in 2024. Nestled within dynamic hillside Torrey View is a Class A, multi-tenant life science campus with thoughtfully designed on-site amenities, including multiple dining venues, a Wright Fitness designed gym, a 400-person conference center and outdoor open space with multiple collaboration and mindfulness zones. The campus has ocean views towards Torrey Pines State beach and sits in close proximity to the existing San Diego lab cluster, one of the top life science markets in the world.  The project is anchored by BD Biosciences where they will relocate and expand their San Diego Reagent Innovation Center.
