The mission of the ULI San Diego-Tijuana Young Leader’s Group (YLG) is to serve the greater ULI mission by educating, engaging and supporting our members. We strive to offer our members:
1. A forum for the leaders of tomorrow’s real estate companies to meet, interact with and learn from the industry leaders of today.
2. Professional opportunities and educational events that allow members to grow and form valuable relationships with each other early on in their careers.
3. A commitment to developing strong leadership skills in the young professionals involved in ULI to create a pipeline of future industry leaders.

Partnership Forum Groups
The ULI San Diego-Tijuana Partnership Forum Groups provides an ongoing opportunity to share and discuss with a group of peers the issues that real estate professionals and related industry professionals face each day. Sharing many of the same characteristics as a ULI Product Council the ULI Partnership Forum Groups are reminiscent of the tradition of ULI’s culture of sharing experience gained, mistakes made, and lessons learned.
