At TW2 Marketing, we are fortunate to work with many leading companies and organizations that are planning and building San Diego. Although TW2’s expertise is in marketing, media/public relations, and video production, we also know a lot about land use, development, real estate, architecture, and construction.
We contribute to the dialogue of how local land should be utilized, increase visibility for projects and firms, promote award-winning designs for public and private buildings, and help fill buildings with tenants and customers. We work in virtually every aspect of real estate. And we love every minute of it.
TW2 is honored to be a ULI San Diego – Tijuana sponsor. We recently worked with ULI on the video documentary Connecting Paradise, the brainchild of RICK Engineering’s Brian Mooney and produced in association with SANDAG. Connecting Paradise assesses how closely San Diego resembles what city leaders of yesterday envisioned, as well as our city’s newest plans for the future. Past planning strategies are examined for how they contribute to today’s ambitious plans for the next generation of life in our city.
TW2 handled all of the videography, editing and post-production and assisted in pre-production and promotion. Connecting Paradise features interviews with local leaders along with current and historical images. Led by TW2’s Jen Whitelaw and Sarah Austin, we put our hearts and souls into the project, as did Brian and the many others involved. We are grateful that ULI trusted us to be its partner in this important project.
When TW2 isn’t working with our clients in real estate-related industries, we are busy helping many other types of professional services firms realize their goals. From lawyers to accountants and nonprofits to banks, we are proud of the skills, client list, and connections we have developed over our 31 years in business.
As a woman-owned firm, we know the importance of contributing to the growth and success of our community. We provide pro bono, in-kind, and reduced fee services to many local nonprofits. TW2 also partners with other local service providers, as an extension of our own services, to help boost everyone we can.
We love San Diego. In fact, many of the TW2 team are natives and it has been our honor to be a part of our beloved city’s growth.
