The Residential Council of the ULI San Diego-Tijuana District Council brings together public & private developers, city leaders and their consultants to explore solutions in Housing Policy, Placemaking, and Residential Development for the San Diego Region.

Key Goals:

  • People – Looking at creative solutions to density challenges
  • Politics & Policy – Educating a broad group of stakeholders on the issues, resulting in a positive impact on our community
  • Place – Leveraging “best practices” and a program of work around “building healthy places” focused on affordability, walkability, diversity, and economic viability
  •  “Product“- Utilizing trends in product and community design: are we building what’s needed?
