Small Scale Infill Development Council is a group of senior development professionals who share a common professional interest in small to mid-size development in urban areas. The group will focus on the nuances and complexities specific to the urban infill typology. The group will meet monthly and each member will share the role of leading the group by organizing one meeting annually. Each meeting will be organized around a contextual topic, which will be jointly decided by the group at the outset of each year.

The purpose of the council is to convene members around the culture of trust and collaboration, share best practices and lessons learned, and elevate the cutting-edge thought and practice of place-making to foster sustainable economic, community, and environmental value.

Criteria for Membership

• The individual must be a principal or key decision-maker at the firm they work at.
• The individual must have active projects in the San Diego/Tijuana region.
• The individual must be an Associate Member over the age of 35 or a Full Member of ULI.
