The Etkin Student Scholars Program is designed to immerse its participants into the thriving real estate industry in the San Diego-Tijuana region. The participants will attend ULI tours, panel events, committees, volunteer, and network with ULI members to enhance their scholastic endeavors and learn the benefits of ULI membership.

Partnership Forum Groups (PFG) is a mentorship program that connects ULI young professionals (Mentees) with established industry leaders (Mentors). The group-style format focuses on unique project tours, career guidance, industry education, leadership skills, and peer networking.
