Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) provide expert, multidisciplinary advice to local governments, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations facing complex land use and real estate issues in the San Diego-Tijuana region.

UrbanPlan is a project-based learning curriculum unit for high schools, universities, public agencies, and non-profit organizations. This urban planning simulation allows these groups to learn about planning and development, and consider the myriad of complex decisions that shape our built environment.
