We have a busy few months ahead at ULI San Diego-Tijuana. In February, we’ll see the return of our Annual Leadership Symposium hosted by our Women’s Leadership Initiative. This event features an all-star panel of female leaders with a focus on leadership in the public sector. This is preceded by the next in our Young Leaders Cocktails and Content series at Camino Riviera. Note: this is the last YL event before our application deadline arrives for the 2022 Partnership Forum Groups. Don’t miss your chance to take part!
On March 2nd, we will return to our breakfast events with the 2022 Emerging Trends in Real Estate forum. This event was rescheduled from January to accommodate public health conditions. The Trends Breakfast will highlight local and national research on our industry and its future. Attendees to this breakfast will also receive exclusive access to a March 9th discussion with the authors behind our local Trends Report. Don’t miss it!
If you are new to ULI or are just interested in learning more about membership, make sure to register for our free Coffee and Conversation event on February 17. This is a great way to meet other ULI members and learn about getting involved.
And, speaking of getting involved, you should already be aware that our 2022 ULI Spring Meeting will arrive in San Diego on April 19th. This national conference event will bring thousands of national real estate leaders to our region to talk, tour, and learn about the best that San Diego-Tijuana has to offer. Make sure to register soon before prices increase later this month! Finally, we are excited to announce the launch of our Pathways to Inclusion initiative. This program provides scholarships for new ULI members of diverse backgrounds. Started by our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee, the Pathways Program will advance the cause of diversity in our region’s industry through direct support of new ULI members. View our application requirements and submit yours today! Don’t miss these opportunities to engage with ULI and your colleagues in person, virtually, or over a drink.
As the Director of your ULI district, it is my job to ensure you’re finding value and connections that help you to advance our mission: to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.
Don’t hesitate to drop me a line and find out how you can get more engaged with our work and the global ULI network.
Thank you for your support,
Chris Clark, Director, ULI San Diego-Tijuana
