ULI San Diego - Project Tour: La Cacho
ULI San Diego – Tijuana and Barrios Hermanos are hosting a project tour of La Cacho, an exciting urban infill neighborhood within the City of Tijuana on May 8th from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Over the next 12 months, land-use professionals from Tijuana and San Diego will be sharing project case studies in key neighborhoods on both sides of the border which have served as catalysts to spur economic development and revitalization at key moments in time and laid the foundation for these neighborhoods to flourish into vibrant urban communities.
Come discover how La Cacho is leading the urban renaissance movement in Tijuana and tour different projects with key stakeholders and pioneers which have transformed this neighborhood into a true 18-hour live, work & play environment.
The tour will include high rise residential, co-living, and adapative reuse projects that have played a crucial role in the revitalization of La Cacho into one of the most desirable urban neighborhoods throughout Tijuana.
The event is open to the public (both ULI and Non- ULI members) which will start at 3 PM at Das Cortez (Brazil # 8920, La Cacho 22040 Tijuana, BC Mexico) and from there we will commence the walking tour of Casa Uno, Cosmopolitan Residences, and Telefonica Gastro Park.
