The San Diego region is consistently ranked as one of the highest cost of living markets in the nation, a troubling statistic driven in large part by a crisis in the area's housing market. In the inaugural year of ULI San Diego-Tijuana's Housing Summit, leaders in development, planning, and public policy will take a big picture view of solutions to this situation while highlighting the unique successes in this market and the lessons they impart for a path forward.

Attendees will participate in an afternoon of networking and connection, multiple educational panel sessions, and a conversation with regional policymakers. The event will delve into strategies to balance housing production with sustainability, innovation, and attainability.

Our session agenda has been developed by members of ULI San Diego's Housing Innovation Product Council, Programs Committee, Women's Leadership Initiative and Management Committee.
