ULI@Lunch: Western Chula Vista Bayfront Master Plan: a Game Changing Plan to Revitalize the Waterfront with Public Private Partnerships SOLD OUT
The western Chula Vista Bayfront is an epi-center of urban revitalization and economic development. The City of Chula Vista and the Port of San Diego have approved agreements to move forward with a resort hotel, convention center, and public infrastructure improvements on 535 acres along the Bayfront. The plans for the waterfront property include active recreation trails, 1600 new hotel rooms, a 415,000 SF convention center, resort and lifestyle amenities, and mixed-commercial use.
The master plan is the result of a decade-long planning effort with the City of Chula Vista, the Port of San Diego, and a coalition of public and private stakeholders. We will be joined by representatives from Pacifica Enterprises, the Port of San Diego, and the City of Chula Vista to get an insider’s perspective of this game-changing master plan.
This program is part of the Revitalization and Reuse Product Council lunch and learn series. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the local product council experience and opportunities to join.
