Join us for a walking tour through Vista’s evolving downtown and see where the City of Vista’s investment in public improvements, economic development and a new Opportunity Zone have laid the foundation for a true downtown revitalization. We will tour new high-density residential developments, an innovative media co-working space, and local retail that is injecting new life into the core of downtown. Together we will take the Sprinter to Cal. State San Marcos and make the short walk to North City, a vibrant mixed-use community in the heart of San Marcos. Sea Breeze Properties will take us on a hard hat tour of a mixed-use building that is a joint venture between Sea Breeze and Cal. State San Marcos. We will explore the unique city blocks of North City before heading back to Vista on the Sprinter for happy hour and group discussion at one of Vista’s revitalization successes, the Belching Beaver Tavern and Grill.
