Today, hotels are on a never-ending search for ways to differentiate themselves, and excellent service is no longer enough. The industry has changed.  Guests are looking for authentic local flavor and bespoke experiences that they can capture and share instantly through social media networks. User-generated content have become essential tools in the hotel branding and marketing toolkit.

We are also seeing new the collision of concept hotels with apartment living.  A number of recently built hotels and resorts combine the space and amenities of a private home with high-end amenities like concierge service and curated experiences.
