With the application period closing soon, ULI San Diego – Tijuana encourages Young Leader members to apply for the 2022 Partnership Forum Groups.
It’s no secret – the last few years have been a uniquely challenging time for professionals, especially those early in their career. You probably feel it too: rushing between projects trying to keep your head above water, struggling to find the “right” balance between work life and home life, or even searching for your next role in the industry.
This cycle doesn’t leave a lot of time for you to focus on you. Are you meaningfully building your skills and your network? Are you taking on challenges that will further your growth? Have you found those colleagues that push you to do better?
These are the topics that make ULI’s Partnership Forum Group so special. The PFG program focuses on developing leaders on their own terms. Hosted by ULI’s Young Leaders Group, the Partnership Forum connects young professionals (under age 35) with like-minded individuals in our region. Each group consists of a seasoned mentor, two co-chair group leads and ULI young leaders focused on building their connections, learning about their field of specialty and advancing their career.
Groups meet monthly, usually in the evening, for unique experiences such as project tours, case studies or focused career chats. Their mentor guides each meeting along a designated theme and serves as an expert audience for fielding your burning questions about where to go next in your work life.
Current ULI members under are 35 are eligible to participate. Joining the PFG requires two steps: completing a quick online application and, once approved, completing your group registration and dues payment.
The application period will close in less than two weeks. We urge you to take the leap and invest in your career this year!
